This menu gives details and downloadable forms for our various fundraising programs, including:
- Just Write a Check: The Just Write-A-Check campaign is the main fundraiser for the Maurice Hawk Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (PTA). 100% of your contribution will go directly to the PTA general fund. The Hawk PTA uses the general fund to provide programs like in-school assemblies, Teachers Mini-Grants, School Beautification and Educational Gardens, etc.
- AmazonSmile: Amazon donates 0.5% of the price of your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to Maurice Hawk PTA every time you shop, at no cost to you.
- Box Tops for Education: Maurice Hawk has a chance to earn up to $60,000 each year with the Box Tops program. It is so easy to participate and help our students! Just clip the Box Tops and send it your PTA.
- McCaffrey’s Receipts: Help the Maurice Hawk PTA earn money for our students through your everyday purchases at McCaffrey’s. It’s simple…the Hawk PTA earns a 1% rebate on the amount you spend at McCaffrey’s (minus milk and sushi). Just save your register receipts and send them to your PTA.
- Birthday Books: Celebrate your child’s birthday with a special book chosen by him/her for their classroom.
- Company Matching Program: The Maurice Hawk PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donation may be eligible for a company match from your employer. Check with your HR Department to see if your company matches donations made by you.
