The Maurice Hawk PTA presents
2020 International Fair
Friday March 20th, 7:00PM – 9:00PM
Join us for our fourth annual International Fair! We will celebrate the many cultures present at Hawk and around the world through a family cultural parade and student projects on various countries. All members of the family are invited to walk in our parade, on stage in the auditorium, wearing clothing representing your culture or formal attire. We will call the countries represented in alphabetical order, just like in the Olympics opening ceremony!
The event schedule is:
6:45pm Doors Open for Event/ Project setup in Cafeteria
7:15pm Local studio international dance and music performances, Auditorium
7:45pm Family Cultural Parade, Auditorium
8:15pm Reception and Country Projects in Cafeteria Children stamp their “passport” at each country! and Food sale
9:00pm Event Ends
Please note that this is a ticketed event with limited space and registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Online registration closes on Sunday March 15th at 11:30PM. Tickets are $5 per person (over age 2) with all proceeds to benefit our teacher Mini-Grants program.

Remember, everyone in the family can participate by wearing clothing representing their culture and walking in the parade. We will call countries alphabetically, just like at the Olympics. When it’s your country’s turn, just walk on stage, and wave when your name is called!
